Age Requirement

To register on the 99x99 platform and use its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. If we confirm that a user is below this age limit, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned. Any bonuses earned or winnings will be void.

Withdrawal Rules

Welcome Bonus

New members at 99x99 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus (total balance ৳2,200); depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus (total balance ৳22,000).

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply to one account only.
• Withdrawing cash after claiming a bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.

VIP & Cashback

The 99x99 VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver offers up to 0.5%, and Gold offers up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Players can move to a higher tier through regular and active play. Cashback amounts are calculated based on gaming activity and added to the account each week.

General Gaming Rules

Each game has specific rules available within the game interface. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account. 99x99 is not liable for any errors in the software of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe).

Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sporting authority. Betting is available on various sports including cricket (T20, IPL, BPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), and kabaddi. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the wagered amount will be returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
